Asked for no bacon on fried rice. Chef refused to make it and mentioned the kitchen will. I had to ask where the fried rice was three times after everyone on the table was service except me. Rice came out towards the end the meal. Chef also forgot a lady was sitting at our table and took 30 minutes to bring out a gentlemens beer that it was returned because the gentlesmen was done eating. Please go elsewhere for better service

Probably one of my worst Sushi experiences in years. They had all fresh fish arranged up I asked the chef if he would consider doing a tasting or omakase, he said not really they don't do that I ordered a couple nigiri couple sashimi, rice tasted plastic tasted like old wax no flavor no taste everything very perfunctory, couldn't wait to leave.

Very unusual experience at a place I have been at, quite a number of times. I was attending a Birthday dinner with a group of 12. Starting off my girlfriend was ahead of time with gifts at the venue waiting for us to come in. She was shown the way to the table. When i came in and we had a good 10 minutes before the official time I was told particularly to wait at the front for everyone to show up. I did tell the front staff my girlfriend was already at the table. They looked confused and said no, they cannot enter until the whole party arrives which I understand but why just send my girlfriend and keep us waiting. The lady told me " The white lady (my girlfriend) was shown the table but until the rest of the group arrives with the person the name's under we aren't allowed in" strange... I guess my white girlfriend was more welcome than me.... The group was 12 and we had to share 2 tables conjoined and true it was a lot of people but what I didnt understand was why if we made a reservation, Paid A Deposit, there are other guests at our table... ( No offense to the 3 family members who joined to our celebration, we hope you didn't feel uncomfortable alongside us as we had our own language conversations). We brought it up to the manager who dismissed it saying the night was busy.... Quite literally half the venue was empty.... But sure buddy let's pack a paid table with strangers... The final issue and its a big one. I regret NOT CALLING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. The Chef cooked and served RAW CHICKEN to a PREGNANT LADY who was my friend's wife. I hope everyone understands the importance and urgency of the situation of being served Raw meat to someone carrying an unborn child. I cannot say the chef didn't know because he did confirm that the lady was on a different diet because of the reason of pregnancy. Of course my friend informed the manager having saved the RAW CHICKEN pieces on the plate. But he was too cool do much besides offer more cooked chicken and TELL HER TO HER FACE THAT THE BILL WILL NOT BE ADJUSTED. Mind yall we waited 30+ minutes afterwards and as we were walking out they hurried the a box if chicken to us. We didn't accept it because apparently the MANAGER HAD CLOCKED OUT FOR THE NIGHT. Seriously I Never Had An experience like that for the past 4-6 times I've visited. I'll be very sure to call the RIGHT AUTHORITIES next time an incident like this happens. Such a Shame.

Avoid this place at all costs! I booked a surprise birthday dinner for my wife (the birthday girl) and friends, and the whole experience was a nightmare. First off, they split us up between two chefs. The food was mediocre, but the staff was the real issue. Our chef literally started the meal by making racist comments towards me and my wife about our culture and marriage and continued to do so throughout the night, making us all feel incredibly uncomfortable. Then, the other chef served raw chicken to my friend’s pregnant wife. When we called the manager over, he got super defensive right away. Instead of refunding her, he said he’d get a new plate made and walked off. We waited around for 30 minutes, and he never came back so our party decided to leave. On our way out we asked the reception about what happened to the manager who took our complaint, they told us he literally clocked out and went home for the day! Zero accountability, racist staff, and dangerous food. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible and unsafe experience at this teppanyaki restaurant. The teppanyaki chef served raw chicken to my friend's pregnant wife. Instead of taking responsibility or showing concern, the manager became defensive when we brought it up. The manager took the plate away and apparently left the restaurant while we were still waiting for him to address the situation properly—no apology, no accountability, nothing. To make matters worse, the chef was making racist comments and stereotyping us based on our skin color. We came expecting a fun dining experience, only to be met with disrespect, discrimination, and unsafe food handling. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Food safety and basic human decency should be the bare minimum at any restaurant.
