SERIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT CONCERN — RETALIATION SHOULD NOT BE ACCEPTABLE I am posting this review because my experience with a manager named Felicia has gone far beyond an ordinary customer-service issue. I previously reported Felicia’s behavior toward me at the Blackstone location because I felt bullied, targeted, and treated inappropriately. Rather than the situation being resolved professionally, I experienced treatment that I believe was retaliatory after I made those complaints. I did not continue going to that location. I deliberately started going to another Panera location after it opened, and for a significant period of time I had no problems whatsoever. I had normal interactions with the employees and management and had no reason to complain. Then Felicia began working at that location. That is extremely concerning given the history. Most recently, I received an incorrect order and reported the mistake. I was not doing anything unreasonable—I was reporting a problem with an order I had paid for. Yet, because of the previous history with Felicia, I am now seriously concerned that I am once again being singled out and treated differently because I previously complained about her conduct. Let me be very clear: A customer should NEVER be retaliated against for reporting inappropriate behavior by an employee or manager. Making a complaint does not give a manager the right to label the customer as the problem, treat the customer differently, intimidate the customer, or create a hostile customer-service experience. What makes this situation particularly troubling is the pattern. I had problems involving this manager, I removed myself from that location, I went somewhere else and had no issues, and then the same manager appeared at the location I had been using without problems. I am not going to ignore that history or pretend it is acceptable. I am also not going to accept being scapegoated simply because I had the backbone to speak up about how I was treated. I am asking Panera corporate to investigate this seriously and independently. Review the available security footage, transaction records, order history, management records, and any prior complaints associated with these incidents. Do not simply ask the manager involved to explain the situation and consider the matter closed. I expect corporate leadership to determine whether my prior complaints influenced the way I was subsequently treated as a customer. I am not asking for special treatment. I am demanding basic respect, professional customer service, and freedom from retaliation for making legitimate complaints. A manager represents the company. If a customer can be treated differently simply because that customer complained about a manager’s conduct, that is a serious management and customer-service problem that corporate leadership needs to address. I have given Panera the opportunity to handle this appropriately. I am documenting my experience publicly because I believe customers deserve to know what can happen when they speak up about how they are treated. I expect accountability—not excuses, not scapegoating, and not retaliation. Documented for attorney

I order the same thing here regularly and it’s always consistent and fine. I wanted to get gift cards from here for my kid’s teachers for the end of the year. I purchased 2 cards and I didn’t notice it until I got home but I got 2 used and recycled cards with the PIN code scratched off on the back already exposed. There’s swipe marks up and down both sides of the card. I hadn’t noticed because you put it in a cardboard gift note envelope. I’m ashamed that that’s what we’re giving to the teachers as a thanks. It looks like it was used. It looks like something I had floating in my wallet for a while and just threw in an envelope for them. It looks like it wasn’t thoughtful. I’m furious that I purchased that for them and was given filthy old reused cards. I wouldn’t care if it were for myself but it wasn’t. It’s a used up reused recycled paper(not even plastic) gift card with the PIN security scratching part already scratched off. You guys suck for that. Purchased 6-6-2026 employee name Jules. Very unhappy with this.
