  Always a brand new day for the employees at this location, no one knows what’s what no one knows how everything works! If it’s a mobile order is a problem if it’s drive thru a problem. Also 70% of the time my orders have missing items

  Bad bad bad avoid, they never put cream or Splenda in your coffee when you order and don’t even give a stir stick.

  This place is horrible. 2nd time here for a coffee and they take 15 minutes to bring out. Horrible service

  The employees here lack customer service. During my lunch time went to grab something quick. The kiosks were down. When I had asked this young African American guy if he could please take my order he ignored me. Then I asked him the second time he just gave me an attitude. After this I asked if I can use my points and he acted stupid towards me acting like if I was speaking another language. Get better people to work here that don’t have an attitude.

  Be careful when ordering a decaf coffee. I caught the employee putting 1/2 decaf & 1/2 caffeinated into my order. When she tried to hand me the coffee, I confronted her. She didn’t have anything to say. Mgr said she can make a fresh pot of decaf but the thing is that should’ve been the 1st option. This place jeopardized the health of a person with severe heart disease. I wrote corporate a letter & their solution was to let the restaurant handle it within. That’s a joke. This tells volumes that the bottom line is making $$ at the expense of basic safety food standards. Shame on you McDonald’s
