- DGDario Garcia2 days ago1.0Worst McDonalds in Fresno. I go there because it's a 5 minute convenient commute to my residence but I won't be going there anymore. Staff always messes up my order with no accountability for their mess ups. There's a female manager who acts like a man who is very rude when you tell her that her employees messed up the order. I've been there several times and everything they ether forget the sauce or get the order wrong. Terrible customer service.

Then to top it off we had Hair in our FOOD! . I was so upset, Didn’t have time to go all the way back was leaving out of town.. 1. If you don’t like your job, don’t work it 2. We had a friend collect it for us and they missed a lot of food items and when our went to go back to collect our missing food they said "theres no way we missed that much food" and made our friend pay for the food THEY missed. Yet they missed a snack wrap, our pies, our drinks, our nuggets, and our fries. This is completely unacceptable
