  Horrible service went though drive through came home they gave us someone else’s order so we go all the way back and had them remake our order mind u it’s a simple basic order and got our order and seemed like we got wat we ordered so we come home and tell me y my spicy mcchicken had nothing but the chicken and cheese like who does that! Called to talk to manager May and she did not care at all she just said u can bring it back and get a refund like that’s crazy

  EVERY time i order no matter how big the order is I get parked instantly. I get my drink & get told to park right away. it’s obvious they do this to get good drive thru times but its an inconvenience to everyone. All the workers look high & not busy. I’m currently waiting for my food & they parked 10 people. not even attempting to make our food. horrible service

  Worst McDonalds if i could give them a 0 stars I would this is worst place i ever went to they didn’t have my order ready also they gave me my burger with just the Pattie rude employees!!

  I have officially given up on this location. I usually go here around 11-11:30pm like i did tonight and they constantly have issues. Almost every car in the drive thru gets parked and on most occasions wait more than 30 minutes for a 3 item order. At this point its not considered fast food anymore. Tonight they were even more of a mess. Waited 45 minutes just to be brought the wrong order multiple times even after she took our receipt with her. Then we also didn't receive an item we ordered and was told we were not able to get a refund. We were going to ask to speak to a manager but didnt want to wait even longer after all that but clearly with how often this happens theres a root to the problem. I have worked in fast food i tried to be understanding but i dont get how this problem is so consistent. You know its bad when i somehow felt the need to come write a review on a MC DONALDS. I feel ridiculous but jesus christ.
