- KKKk KaurMay 6, 20261.0Very bad service went this morning at 3 am just for a sprite because I was nauseous and it helps me they said they’re closed till 4:15 am since their system is updating or whatever. I go back at 5 am and their drive thru is blocked by a truck mind you this is me coming in my 15 min break from work, so I did a mobile order and went to the 2nd window from the open area or whatever cuz how do you expect me to get in the drive thru that’s blocked. So I’m waiting at the window nobody helps me and I see more cars pulling up behind me now and they’re paying at the first window. Now the worker that was working in the back window (where you pay) comes to the front window makes order for the car behind me and takes it there and she does the same thing with the car behind that car. So she didn’t even acknowledge me on purpose. Least you could do is ask someone how can I help or something???? Idk if they just hate their job they shouldn’t be there in the first place or they need better training because this is very unprofessional and rude.

My nephew got 4 nuggets in his happy meal when i paid for 6, They didn’t give us straws or napkins

Everyone running around like there's No control of the flow even the manager or shift leaders are all over the place.. This is a terrible service for the price we pay for food. Need better management and control of the flow here...
