  So I get my ice coffee because I get it iced here everyday at 520am and at gas station it doesn't come that way but I always seem to run into a lady that wants to be a smart alic towards me every few times I go it all started cause she said I was to far when in my truck the drive way is too small and I didn't know I had change so she threw it at me I told the manager she did nothing but said I'd talk to her but she remains at the first window gives me attitude when she's wanting to she's lucky she didn't hit me in the eye with the change she threw at me or I would of sued your company I'm also a married man and committed to God but I guess I'm Judged for my cover I have no reason to lie when I go to church 4 times a week

  All my daughter wanted for dinner was french fries and a caramel frappe. 2 hours later and four different McDonald's saying that their frappe machine was down. My boyfriend went to this restaurant requested a caramel frappe for my daughter, this was the fourth restaurant visited where he was told that the frappe machine was down. I knew that that seems suspicious. Like people were not wanting to do their job. So this restaurant located at 1718 West Olive avenue told my boyfriend their machine was down, I decided to get on doordash in order my daughter her caramel frappe. And guess which restaurant it came from? 1718 West Olive avenue. So they said their machine is down when my boyfriend goes through the drive-thru, but I ordered it from doordash and got it from that same restaurant. The amount of gas that this cost, not to mention paying double because I came from doordash. I'm super angry right now. I filed a complaint on the website.

  The ice cream machine works and fries are mid could use a little more salt but other wise great food for McDonald's. The staff is very nice and helpful for disabled people. But the building is located in a area with a lot of homeless and sketchy people, the homeless aren't really an issue, other then the trash they leave, but the sketchy people with act weirdly and bring a bad atmosphere, there rarer compared to the homeless though

  There’s a two lane drive thru & when we got there no one attended to us even after we spoke into the mic box. A girl just said that she’ll be with us soon, but literally went to take 3 orders from cars that were in the other lane who got there AFTER us. Finally I spoke up and told them we’ve been waiting and have been hearing that the girl had only been taking orders from one lane. No one was in either drive thru lane when we arrived. When we finally ordered & got to the drive thru, we paid at the first window & went to the second window to get our items & they said only partial payment went through which didn’t make sense to us but anyway since they were giving terrible customer service, I asked if we could just leave it as a “partial payment” because they were not attending to us even though we were first & 3 cars had passed us after we got there. The girl said no & that we still had to pay. I was like “so then we have to pay full price even when you guys give terrible service?” She said yeah & I even asked if we could get a discount instead then she said no she couldn’t do that. Ridiculous & so unprofessional. I know it’s just McDonald’s but this is still annoying. They couldn’t honor our time waiting & trying to be patient.

  Menu never updates. They are anti customer service and just anti customer satisfaction in general. I'm vegetarian, often outvoted so I end up having to self build a vegetarian sandwich here. By the time I'm done customizing options by removing the $3 patty I don't want and adding enough lettuce, tomato, and onion to make up for the subpar portions the McDonalds corp allows its workers to allocate per burger, I'm up to $10-13 per unexciting, over sauced veggie meh. Not loving it. And why can't I just enter my phone number, like at every other place of business, instead of a specific code only available in the app, to order at the inside kiosk?? I had to sit down at the table INSIDE THE RESTAURANT to order pick up because the app wouldn't load, there was no cashier, and I promised my daughter a dumb shamrock shake - which of course that location didn't have. I'm so over the tarnished golden arches, I hope Carl's Junior buys them all and I will happily be helping them.
