  I bought a cookie tote from here the other day. And while most people may not do this, when I got home, I decided to eat the cookies under a bright light. When i examined each closely more than half (at least 5-6) each had some type of hair particle on the surface top of the cookie. It wasn't like some long strand of hair, but the fact that I was able to pull the cookie up close to the light and examine it, (REALLY EXAMINE IT)--and the only reason I did this was because I had eaten at mcdonalds earlier in the week and got a slight cough soon after. But lesson learned! McDonalds I'm sure is not expecting not one iota of a person to ever examine their food/cookies/ fries or what have you--by bringing it up close to your face, under a bright light. And it wasn't one cookie! One cookie would have been, maybe understandable. But cookie after cookie, hair particles--multiple ones all on the surface area. Some inside theh choclate, and others, just sticking out from the surfafce of the cookie. To the untrained eye, you definitley wouldn't notice this. And If I hadn't gotten a slight cough a week earlier after eating there, I would not have thought to do this. But lesson learned! I'm not neurotic. I'm not gaslighting. People check your food closely! It begged the question whether the boxes where they put the cookies are just all completely filthy or some of those cookies hit an unsantizied surface, and instead of throwing it away, somebody thought it (or didn't THINK/CARE) to throw away it--instead serving it to customers who wouldn't know better. Completely unacceptable.

  Food was exactly how I expected it from McDolnalds, the dining area was clean despite the fact that they were quite busy, and the women that took my order was polite and professional.
