Went to Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar expecting a decent lunch and somehow ended up questioning why every restaurant can’t get their act together like this place. Started with the bacon candy, crispy deviled eggs, and Korean fried chicken bao buns. Whoever decided bacon needed to be turned into candy deserves a raise and probably a small statue. The bao buns disappeared so fast I’m pretty sure the table next to us thought we skipped dinner entirely and just inhaled appetizers for sport. Then came the Cowboy Ribeye Burger ordered rare… and miracle of miracles… it actually came out rare. Not “medium rare because the cook got nervous.” Actual rare. Juicy, packed with flavor, and the upgraded truffle fries were crispy enough to hear from across the table. My wife got the Chicken Shawarma Salad and honestly… the flavor was better than some actual kabab spots. Looking directly at you, Kabab City. The chicken was cooked perfectly, not dry, and the salad was fresh and crisp instead of tasting like it had been sitting in witness protection since Tuesday. My kid had the Mediterranean Chicken Bowl and said everything was amazing except the 3 olives they put in there. Problem is… he still ate them. So apparently even the olives are winning at Lazy Dog. Couldn’t even finish the burger or shawarma salad because the portions are solid. Atmosphere was laid back, super clean, and the service stayed on top of everything without hovering like mall security. Drinks filled, food checked on, no disappearing act. Definitely coming back because there’s way too much on the menu left to try. Lazy Dog might be the only place where “lazy” clearly applies to nobody working there.

Bad experience. Waited 45 minutes watching others be seated before us. Waitress seemed bothered by us and didnt want to take our order at first. When food came out we found hair in our food and the waitress had then audacity to be annoyed by our complaint. Staff just needs an overhaul.

Came here for Mother’s Day brunch! My mom really enjoyed her omelet and it did really look tasty. My brother and I had the pancakes on their brunch menu and for $13-14 each, I was not expecting a stack of microwaved pancakes that they didn’t even bother to to separate before heating :( they were one big lump of dough in the middle and I didn’t finish them after a couple of bites. Honestly super disappointing especially when expecting fresh pancakes.

Lazy Dog has one of the best teams around, and they’re the reason we keep coming back. The whole staff works together to create a warm, welcoming, and fun environment — but Brett truly deserves a special spotlight. He has walked my handicapped mother to her car on multiple occasions, making sure she felt safe and settled before leaving. That level of genuine care is something you don’t see often, and it means so much to our family. Maria is always attentive, kind, and on top of everything. Mimi is incredibly sweet and genuine, and she brings such a comforting presence to every visit. Davonte and Sierra are always smiling and upbeat, making the atmosphere fun and relaxing. Davonte is doing great things with the marketing and makes sure everyone feels heard and taken care of. Management ties it all together with professionalism and quick, effective support. You can tell they truly value both their guests and their staff. We’re regulars — and we’re regulars for a reason. Lazy Dog feels like home because of this amazing team.

Seated immediately, drinks and appetizers promptly came out hot and delicious. We tried the 3 for $25 appetizer and happily ordered an additional side of candied bacon. Our burgers, chicken fried steak, Alfredo pasta with chicken, and Ruben sandwich were all delivered hot, perfectly cooked, and right as we finished our appetizers. Great Timing. Our server (Alex) was polite, informative, personable, and got all of our orders correct the first time. AND Shortly after leaving we realized that we had left our to-go desserts by mistake. We drove back over and they happily made us fresh banana puddings to go. We definitely recommend stopping in for some delicious bites in the afternoon or even late at night.
