  Usually have great expierences with this chain. Today I called in and did a pick up order. Showed up about 15 min later. Had to wait another 10 min or so to get my food. Choked it up to lunch rush. Got home to eat and sandwhich bread was rock hard and tasted stale. Super frustrating. Hope the next visit isnt like this or I likely wont return.

  So, I’m waiting for my 32.00 dollar sandwich’s and I’m looking at the shaggy hair fellows, no hair nets , no caps and I’m thinking to myself, I better not find a hair in my food, and sure enough, I get home unwrapped and low and behold a freaking black long hair, 32.00 bucks down the drain !!!!! Beware people for hair

  Don't know who's working tonight but when a order says light mayo, that doesn't mean you glob it on in large amounts. Disgusting
