  This Jamba Juice always gets my drinks just right. They’re the perfect consistency and the flavors that I remember growing up with as a kid. Other Jamba’s sometimes get it right, or it’s too runny and doesn’t taste as good, this location always gets it right. My go-to is the Pink Star, and if you haven’t tried it, if you like the pink Starburst candy, you’ll love this drink, guaranteed. Angelina is usually there when I go, and she is a phenomenal worker. When things are super slammed with tickets blowing up the printer, she’s got a steady pace and despite being so busy, she is very friendly with the customers, has a smile on her face, and gets the drinks out as quickly as possible. Thank you Angelina! (P.S. If anyone in upper management is listening, give her a raise, haha).

  My order said it would be ready for pickup at 6:03, but when I arrived there was only one employee (I believe her name was Riley) working the front with a long line of customers. I asked about my order and even showed my receipt, but there was no order showing on her end. This was clearly not Riley’s fault—she was new and left to manage the front and make smoothies on her own while the other employee was on break. Realistically, this isn’t the employees’ fault at all—it’s a staffing issue. Having only two people scheduled to handle a high volume of orders is not enough. This is the second time I’ve ordered and experienced the same situation. I’m really disappointed in how the company is managing staffing and operations.
