  They can never get your order right. They try to fix that with offering redo your order but then they mess that up too. Good food tho

  Usually when we come here we have a good experience, but today wasn’t like our other times, it was one of the worst times that we have ever experienced- definitely at number -10. First off into this terrible mess we ordered and the lady who served us, Let’s call her- Stacy.… I believe, was talking very loudly, like everyone in the restaurant wanted to hear our order or something! Acting like we need embarrassment from the ancient times, she also did it to everyone who came in and ordered. She was very nice at first but it sounded a bit strained after a bit. When we went to the bathroom the floors were STICKY, it was like someone put glue on the ground, like why are we having soap and other random crumpets of unknown substances everywhere?!? The table and the floors were okay but they were dirty, we had to clean with a napkin… oh not to mention but I think that I saw a hole on one side of the seat, not to big but looked like it was getting bigger, if no one fixes that in a few years that’s gonna be the size of the Grand Canyon and that’s to put it NICELY. Later when we got back, one of the people with us got cups, but we didn’t hear that they were water cups and got lemonade instead, the cup was small, just about 3 or 4 inches tall. She came around and she made us dump our entire drink, even the cup! She got very mad too, she was acting like their million dollar company is gonna lose everything from a 2 small cups of lemonade. The food was good though, but the tortillas were cold somehow, asked for new ones and they were still cold. The beans and rice were okay, chicken good but PERSONALLY a little too burnt on some sides. I like this Pollo Loco but I don’t know if we will be coming back anytime soon or preferably, in a few thousand years when technology has grown and I won’t have to worry about anybody being rude like they wanted to push us off of the Eiffel Tower. Seriously, avoid this place at all costs. Go to Caine’s instead at least they actually take care of you. Sincerely, Emily Lopez.

  Hoy pasamos a este lugar. Hemos venido varias veces y siempre nos había gustado Pero el día de hoy muy mala experiencia Ordenamos y pedimos unos vasos para agua Pero x error mis hijas agarraron un vasito de limonada, La señora al mirar se enojó y tuvimos que tirar los vasos. (Pequeños vacítos) Desde ese ya no nos sentimos con con agrado, nuestra atmósfera se sintió muy fría. Aparte que nos dieron tortillas frías. Nos amargaron nuestro lunch. Pésimo servicio, Consumi más de $40 dólares y x solo dos vacitos se enojaron Eviten este lugar gente,

  They didn't wanted to give me my queso and chips I payed for till I walked into the lobby, soon as I walked in i smelled raw sewage. We are not returning to this establishment.

  So I ordered online around 7:30 came here around 8 give me my order and as soon as I reach my car an employee tells me they grabbed the wrong order, to give it back and to wait inside. Im upset but I understand it happens and wait inside for around 40 minutes because they ran out of leg and thigh and instead of apologizing at all and giving a refund or anything it was only after I told them to cancel the order and demanded a refund that they offered the chicken they were cooking, had an entire hour to prepare and they all failed. Never coming back again.
