I honestly don’t like this specific location because they take FOREVERR EVERY TIME and to top it off everyone that gets off ,gets their drink before drive through when people had been waiting 30 mins already this is insane , there needs to be a better system for this because this is outrageous. The runners didn’t even come out to the line until it got drastically long by the time I got my drink, not only was it melted, but I was furious from how long I had been waiting and watching all those people that had just got off their car get their coffee before I got mine was The icing on the cake. I have been to the other locations and none Compare to this location . There should be an express lane or something for people that only get one drink as opposed to those that get five or seven.

I live 3 minutes away from this location. Every time they make my drink, it’s very watery. I’ve given it a try a couple of times, but recently it’s been very disappointing. The STAFF ARE AMAZING, but the drinks taste like water or are mostly ice. I have to go to a different location to get my drink made correctly. I really hope it gets better soon 🥹

Ordered online for window pick up, waited 30+ minutes for half melted and watered down drinks that were sitting on the counter even though the cashier had said they were still being made when asked. After requesting a remake they were quick with it, would recommend drive through only, as walk up lagged.

Walked up to the order window today 9/22 with only one person there that had already ordered and only abt 3-4 cars in line. took about 10 minutes just to be greeted while all the workers were inside talking about lashes and laughing and messing around. mind you, they all saw us and two of them specifically kept looking over at us but still decided not to even greet us?? as someone who works in fast food i wouldnt even let a customer just stand there waiting for 10 minutes.
