    1/5 Stars — Unfriendly staff, 30+ minute wait, and melted drinks. Go to Herndon & Brawley instead! Any other location but here & Shaw & West. I’ve given this location enough chances but after my last experience yesterday, I will def not returning. No matter what time of day you go this drive-thru consistently takes at least 30 minutes, whether you drive through or order at the walk-up window. To make matters worse, whenever I order an extra thick Rebel here, it comes out watered down and melted before I even drive away. Yesterday took the cake. I pulled into the drive-thru, waited at the ordering stand for a while, and nobody ever opened the little window at that stand to take my order. When I pulled up to the main window, the employee confronted me and asked if I had ordered at the stand. When I explained that nobody was there, she rudely snapped that someone was inside and that next time I needed to wait for them to open the window—completely ignoring the fact that I had already been sitting there waiting. When I brought up that they should list the Fresno City College (FCC) student discount on the Dutch Bros app so people know about it, she made a dismissive face and talked right over me just to get my payment. PSA for all FCC students: You get a $1.00 student discount at ALL LOCATIONS! In the past two years, not a single employee at any location ever mentioned the discount. A dollar adds up when you're a student. Save yourself the frustration and head to the Herndon & Brawley location instead. The staff there actually have great attitudes, the service is fast, and the drinks are always made right. Avoid this location until management fixes their speed, quality, and customer service adjustment of their attitudes here. The new food items are just also poor. Spend your money on the food items at Starbucks instead just get your drink at Dutch. I also plan to make a complaint with Dutch customer service as I’ve had to before with the Shaw & West location.

    Fast operation, good on them to put a booth out front, even late there was a line, but it didnt take more than 3 minutes.

    Me gusta que tratan de atender rapido a cada auto que llega y asi mismo en la ventanilla son amables y su personal es rapido lo cual ayuda a que los autos en la linea avancen rapido, las bebidas son sin duda deliciosas y hay mucha variedad para todos los gustos, desde limonadas, cafe o bebidas energéticas, desconozco si acaso venden postres pero si se que todo aqui es delicioso

    I just stopped by this morning 07/26 and was helped by the young lady at the window through the drive thru. I come pretty often and had not seen her before, I am sure I’d remember such a sucky attitude if I had. From when I got to the window she was already upset for who knows what. I told her I’d pay with tap but ended up just doing cash. I said “sorry I will do cash actually” and she threw the tap machine down and rolled her eyes and grabbed my 20$. I was like okay, just let it go, maybe she’s just having a morning, it’s 8am. But then, as she’s handing me the drinks they are both pink so I asked which is the one she was handing me , she replies “read the lid” and walked away after giving me the drinks. I stayed until she came back to the window to tell her to have a great day. I also realized she did not give me the two pastries I ordered, so I have to go back. I’ve been coming to this Dutch Bros for a while now, and I’ve never been talked to or treated so rudely. I felt like a burden. At the end of the day, customers are the reason businesses stay open. If someone is having a bad day, that’s understandable, but it shouldn’t be taken out on the people choosing to spend their money there.

    This is the most convenient location for me. However, I dread coming to this location and try to go to another due to every time I am at the window there is a foul pungent odor of rotten milk. I do not know how the staff and management are nose blind to this. I thought maybe this was coming from the dumpsters, but if it was you would smell it while waiting in line. Just knowing my drink is being made in an environment where something rotten is emanating is extremely unsettling.
