    Honestly this is the worst dutch my drinks always taste like ice blended apple juice. Today alone had my drink remade 2 times the 3rd drink not being good either. Assist manager seemed upset because his drink wasnt good….

    So this location did have a very long line and it was extremely slow moving. I wasn't very impressed with that but the drink I ordered was delicious and just what I needed after waiting in the 104 summer sun for 18 mins!

    Usually have an okay experience at Dutch but this one is now the second time I’ve had a bad experience. I ordered for my coworker and I, I just told her his order how he texted to me which included “2 pumps of vanilla” which all she had to say was we don’t do that but instead responded “we don’t do that , we’re not Starbucks” rude absolutely rude

    Been in line for the drive thru for over an hour. No one was outside taking our orders. Literally people were walking up to the window and got their drinks faster than the ones who have been in the drive thru. People order through the app while waiting in the drive thru and got their drinks faster. It seems they were taking orders AT the window and then handing the drinks to the customers. The overall quality severely dropped faster than anything else.

    Idk why they always take so long at this location. Doesn't matter if im 3rd in line or last in line, the wait times are ridiculous. And more often than not, my drinks come to me mostly melted. The workers are friendly and everything. I just dont know why my drinks are usually melted and why the wait is so long even when im next in line. They also need to get in the habit of saying whos after who. I end up waiting so long, I literally forget who's in front of me. Also, this Dutch should consider opening up thw drive thru line so cars who get their drinks before other cars can leave instead of being stuck in line. 18 minutes waiting in line, 4 cars behind me got their drinks brought out to them, but theyre trapped here with the rest of us.
