    The staff at this location felt like they were the only people that were in the building they took absolutely no consideration for anyone in there that was possibly working or using their location while drinking their beverage to make phone calls or take care of work it was utterly a very disruptive environment for any Patron that wanted to have a little bit of peace wild they enjoyed their beverage there were only at the time I was there about four people in the dining area but we all were looking at each other like this is crazy

    The drinks are always great from here and the staff are very sweet, but I can’t help but feel bad at the workers in this 90+ degree heat having to stand outside with no ice packs, shade, fan, or any escape from the heat. They have a perfectly good booth to use as well to escape the heat and I have rarely ever seen people use it despite in extreme heat. I have seen every other location have some type of cooling element for their workers but every time I come here the employees are sweating. Can the workers get more comfortable conditions?

    I ordered ahead of time from the app. Order was not ready by quoted time. I do understand it gets busy but then why say "order pick up time will be xyz" I went to the counter and waited a while before even being greeted. I waited an additional 10 minutes to past my "order ready time" to get my order. Music was way too loud. Some people such as myself have auditory issues and that should be taken into consideration on the cooperate/ management level. The drinks were rather sloppily made. I've been to better Dutch Bros establishments. Also, no disabled parking stall in front...but across the lot at another building. That's a major inconvenience to disabled persons. I think at least one spot in front of the store could be made into a disabled parking stall. Hint hint cooperate. Serve ALL customers with respect not just able bodied.

    The people are nice just not accommodating. they never make my drinks correctly and when i correct them. they make the same exact drink as before.
