    My son kept asking me to take him to Dutch, I had kept putting it off because of work. He was in a good mood to order until the girl taking the order made him feel so uncomfortable that his joy literally left his face. We come to these places for the experience, we can buy these kind of drinks anywhere or make them at home. I hope that girl got over what ever she was going through because that encounter was awful.

    Very disappointed i usually come here and am usually happy few times its not the exact thing I order but I dont mind. Today though I send my husband to go get Dutch because im craving it ( 6 1/2) pregnant and Dutch made two drinks nothing like how my husband order they where supposed to be blue raspberry freezes nd it tastes like coffee and looks dark green . My white mocha the milk inside of it taste like its rotten . Very upset today and what a waste of money dont want to drive back and no one is answering the phone call.

    Drinks were bomb and the girl who took our order was super sweet, HOWEVER the girl at the window seemed upset when we asked for a drink to be remade because she gave it to us iced instead of extra thick like we ordered. I knew I was pushin it asking for a boba straw after cause we knew this girl was gonna be pissed but damn I really wanted a boba straw with my extra thick drink! When we asked for it, she gave us a face that was like this emoji šŸ˜. Like damn girl my fault!!!! Both me and my sister work in customer service, so we understand how bad it can be, but we also always make sure to be kind to service workers! When we asked for the drink to be remade, we apologized and once we saw her face after asking for a boba straw, we apologized. I never leave reviews I just thought that interaction was craaaaazy and uncalled for. These drinks ARE delicious as hell tho so like you win some you lose some. Peace and love yall
