Long time Dutch Bros guy here. Have been to this location a few times and I always have to wait 5-10 minutes before someone even comes to the window even after honking my horn. Could hear girls talking in there and music playing and ddI t get service until a guy walked by and saw me sitting there. Also one time was stuck in line for 10 minutes, a customer had already go their drink and guy at the window continued to talk for 10 minutes.

Lanor (hope i spelled it right) helped us out today, very energetic, funny and great customer service. The last couple of times the employees have gave me watered down blended drinks and messed up orders so I started going to the one on riverside drive. Hope I can start coming back now.

We came through today and an employee was being trained, we didn’t hear his name but he had an earring/earrings and our drinks were made PERFECTLY! 10/10 service at this location :-)
