    Obviously the coffee is always great... This is a new one that just opened recently that's on my way to and from home Depot... Does a contractor have been stuck with the Starbucks down there so I'm super happy they have a Dutch Brothers now.... But I've come to know one of the differences between Starbucks and Dutch Brothers is the friendliness and the atmosphere when you go to Starbucks they slam the window shed on you have to get your order oftentimes they don't reach you and it's a very busy kind of corporate atmosphere... Dutch Brothers they always seem so happy they often times talk to you through the window while you're getting your order made and they're usually very happy cheerful smiley kind of brings a really cool vibe to it this one doesn't have that or did the walk-up thing today and everybody was sad the lady that took my order was just super unhappy didn't say Hi and then the stereo up so loud but you can't even hear them to place your order is the same kind of rude when I told her maybe she should turn the stereo down and she can hear us better... I'm hoping they don't have trouble finding their normal happy friendly employees over here on this side of town that they do in most places.... My advice if this is not just a job.. it's a vibe

    I ordered online ahead of time & when I got there, my drinks still weren’t done. I waited for 20 minutes after arriving & my drinks were still NOT done. Meanwhile the cars in the drive through that got there wayyy AFTER me got their orders done in minutes. Would not go here again. Worst dutch I’ve been to.

    I was so excited for there to be a Dutch on this side of town, even though I rarely buy coffee anymore, but I came to get a birthday drink for a friend. The line wasn’t too long, and it was moving at a steady pace. It was my turn to order and the guy with the tablet left suddenly. He was gone for 3 minutes. When he came back I asked if everything was okay because I noticed the line ahead of me wasn’t moving and no workers had opened the walk up window. He said everything was fine, they all just shotgunned a drink together. That is unacceptable, especially when there’s a line on a Monday morning. I’m not upset that they shotgunned a drink, the timing was poor and there was no remorse.

    I was so excited that they finally opened a Dutch close to my home. I haven’t gone to this location since they opened due to the lines always being so long so I finally decided to go a few days ago since the line was really short. And of course the day I go, they take forever even though there wasn’t that many cars. Also, the cashier at the window was having a conversation for about 10-15mins with the same car, laughing and giggling and all that. Then the worker proceeds to shotgun a Red Bull with the customer, yes you heard that right. Like come on do this on your own time. We have places to be not here waiting in a non moving line. This is supposed to be a DRIVE THRU. It’s ridiculous and either people need to start getting fired or there needs to be better management.

    The morning of September 10… I waited nearly 40 minutes for my drink and ended up being late to work because I couldn’t get out of the line. 😩 From what I could see, the focus seemed to be more on the people standing in line and the cars throughout the parking lot than on actually getting drinks out in a reasonable amount of time. Once I finally got to the window, I could clearly see the difference in how I was treated. I’m very familiar with Dutch Bros and how the employees usually chat with customers while they’re waiting for their drinks. The employee was friendly and chatting with the customer in front of me, who happened to share the same skin color as him. But when it was my turn, there was no expression, no conversation, and he didn’t ask me a single thing. He simply handed me my drink and said, “Here’s your drink,” without even a “have a nice day.” I’m not going to assume I know exactly why I was treated differently, but honestly, it felt discriminatory and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. That is not the kind of customer service anyone should experience. After seeing the level of service today, I’ll be going back to Starbucks. At least there, I can get my drink in a reasonable amount of time and receive friendly customer service.
