She refused to let us place our order or help us in finding one and removed us from the line because it took us more than 10 seconds to find our order, despite the person behind us having just gotten in line. Overall, it was a very negative experience. We are nursing students completing a disability simulation for our gerontology course. My friend was simulating a hearing impairment and Parkinson’s disease. The lack of patience and understanding shown was especially concerning given the circumstances.

I see other reviews mentioning some kinks they’re working out- it’s only been opened for a month, that’s to be expected, but I honestly didn’t experience anything reviewers have said- the college kids greeted us and make our order quickly, they even gave good recommendations. This is an important establishment to support to give college students jobs and coffee!
