- SEShaela EdwardsJul 15, 20261.0This pains me to write because I am a die hard Dunkin fan, originally from Boston. I was SO excited to finally get one in Fresno. I went in person once, and it was fine, no issues with the food. But I recently had surgery and am unable to drive. I have been ordering Dunkin from UberEats. And EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. there is an issue. Four orders in a row have had missing items or incorrect items. Today was the final straw when my order arrived missing an entire coffee, and the second coffee was packaged without the seal over the completely open hole on top, so the ENTIRE thing spilled and ruined all the food in the bag as well. The problem is not UberEats, because the bags are arriving well sealed each time. The employees at this location have just been extremely careless with the orders and it’s so frustrating. I kept giving it a chance because I REALLY love Dunkin. But I’m done. I’m sure if I went in person again it would be better. But then again, if the employees are that careless with delivery orders, how careful are they with preparing food safety and things of that nature?
