  Fresno Dave and Busters has exceeded my expectations with their customer service. They go above and beyond to provide the best experience possible regardless if you’re seated at a table, at the beer, or in the game area. Especially Michael R!

  This is the second time we have eaten at the restaurant. The food looks good but it tastes bad. No seasoning either undercooked but or overcooked the presentation is always good but how does every dish taste mid it’s shame. we would go way more often if the food is better.

  I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Dave & Buster’s. My group and I stood at the hostess stand for 45 minutes waiting to be seated, and not once did the hostess acknowledge us or offer any explanation for the delay. We watched employees walk by over and over without anyone stopping to ask if we had been helped or even making eye contact with us. It felt like we were completely invisible. A simple greeting or update would have gone a long way, but instead we were ignored the entire time. To make matters worse, many of the games were out of order, and several of the ones that were turned on simply took our credits without working at all. It’s frustrating to pay to play games that don’t function properly, especially when there are so many broken machines throughout the arcade. Between the terrible customer service, the long wait with no communication, and the poorly maintained games, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at an entertainment venue. Customer service and game maintenance should be top priorities, but this location failed on both. I can’t recommend this Dave & Buster’s location and will definitely think twice before ever coming back.

  This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. When we arrived, there wasn’t even a hostess at the front. We waited around for about 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Eventually, we were told we’d receive a text when our table was ready, but after waiting another 45 minutes, we still never got a message. What made it even more frustrating was that the restaurant wasn’t busy, so there was no obvious reason for such a long wait. We ended up leaving because no one checked on us or gave us any updates. If they’re that short-staffed, they really need to hire more employees or improve how they manage guests. Customers shouldn’t be left standing at the front or waiting nearly an hour with no communication. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I won’t be coming back unless the customer service improves.

  Went in tonight to get a couple drinks and play games. My husband and I walked to the bar and started to look at the menu. There were about 4-5 bartenders behind the bar and we weren't acknowledged once. I completely understand if they were busy at the moment, so we took a seat. We were still not acknowledged. Not even a hey we’ll be with you guys in a minute do you need a menu? Anything like that. We felt so stupid sitting there being ignored so we left.
