They never seem to have anything in stock, and half the ingredients are either unavailable or not prepared. The staff is extremely strict with portions, to the point where it feels like they’re trying to give you as little food as possible. The service is also terrible. I could clearly see guacamole available, but when I asked for some, they refused to serve it even if I was willing to pay for it. On top of that, nobody seems to move with any sense of urgency or purpose. The entire operation feels disorganized and poorly managed. If you’re expecting the typical Chipotle experience, you’ll likely leave frustrated and disappointed
