  Tonight me, my mom and my husband got food here and the only girl working tonight that's a Mexican lady with blonde highlights refused to remake one of the organic lemonade when I asked nicely. My husband heard her loud and CLEAR that she "didn't want to make another batch of organic lemonade" yet she was willing to make it for her other employees. Then the other employee lied to us saying they were "out of ingredients" I make $20 an hour working as a housekeeper for a skilled nursing facility and I do NOT treat my residents nor their families that way. EVERY time we come here (specifically us 3) the employees give us weird looks and that Mexican lady with the blonde highlights gets attitude with us. I DO NOT know nor does my family know anybody that works there and yet we always get treated differently than the other customers. Management NEEDS to address the employees behavior towards customers.

  Atmosphere is the same at every location, workers dont have any control over that. Its also about the only good thing about our visit tonight. The guy working the line, the light skinned latino with the beard was caddy for no reason. He had a smile... but it was more of a smirk, and it bugged the hell outta me and my family. I just dont understand why chipotle servers are so miserable when we pay for it AND they are paid so well, it seems to be a trend to so ungrateful. Our bowls had white rice that tasted so bland. Its not its supposed to taste like that. They also ran completely out of 2 meat choices and didnt start making more until they were out... at least thats what was communicated to me at the time I asked. Thats also not the practice that chipotle has at other restuarants. The store wasnt busy... but we did notice people standing around. While my partner sat and ate their food, i waited and waited for the meat to be ready. After 8 minutes, I asked the server again and he again he was caddy. It was horrible, the costumers arent the enemy... were the reason you have a job!

  I had a really disappointing experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill (Cedar and Shaw). From the moment we walked in, things were off. One of the doors was locked, which made it awkward just to get inside. There was only one person ahead of me in line, and not a single employee acknowledged her. As she got closer to the counter, the staff literally turned their backs on her. She became visibly frustrated and walked out. Then it was my turn with my son. The employees all looked completely miserable and uninterested in helping. I was trying to order for my son, who is a bit picky, and they were extremely rude and impatient. When they finished his quesadilla, they literally tossed it into the bag. I still made an effort to be polite—saying thank you, wishing them a good day—but it didn’t make a difference. While I was waiting, another customer came in just to pick up an order. The employee gave him a dirty look, spoke to him in a very short, unfriendly tone, and rushed him out. There were about five employees working, yet no one was communicating with each other or with customers. The whole atmosphere felt tense and unwelcoming. To make things worse, when we got home, my son’s quesadilla was only half there. He didn’t even get a full meal, and I had to make him something else for dinner. This wasn’t just a bad moment—it was consistently poor service across multiple interactions. Really disappointing experience overall.
