- CMCharice McAlister1 day ago1.0I walked in for a pick up order. It was not on the pick up stand. A group of seven people were standing there, and not one greeted me. They just looked and most of the people in the line turned their backs to me when I approached the counter and one girl stood there with a half a smile and said what’s up! I stated I was there for a pick up order, And said my name. She turns to the side and there’s a bunch of pick up order stacked on top of each other with food all over-the-counter food all over the floor. It was a mess behind the counter. The burrito bowl, I ordered barely had any meat. The brown rice was hard as a rock, my honey chicken crispy taco was 😊 good! I gave my burrito bowl to a unhoused person!

It was not a friendly environment, and to pay the prices that we do and not even get one full scoop of meat is absurd. It’s like they want you to ask for more so they can charge you for more. I won’t ever be returning to that specific location and I’ll be sure to share my experience with all who will listen.

Nine out of 10 times there will be a mistake with the order, or really skimped out on proportions. I can no longer trust to do anything but go in and physically watch my food we made, which is a bummer because this place it’s always busy! Food is always delicious, and the staff is always super helpful. Just wish that online ordering got more attention to detail.
