When I was towards the end of eating my sofrita bowl, I noticed myself chewing on a large chunk of piece of beef. I spit the beef out and went to the register and communicated what happened. They asked me to call a certain number to complain! I insisted I get a full refund, the person at counter said they cannot do so bc the food was mostly eaten! It was not about the money it was about my value and morals and that I do not eat meat and to have a piece of meat end up in my mouth is as disgusting as it gets for me! Upon insisting that I get a full refund, I did! This note is to the management that make sure u r vegetarian food is separate from meat for us vegetarians and in case something was to go wrong make sure you train your staff properly on how to handle a situation such as mine!

Im talking about rice, beans, AND CHICKEN. do not come here they over charge you, and you expect to get a good size portion but left with crumbs. I would stay away from this place i would not recommend this chipotle to anyone. And the workers have an attitude. You ask them to put some more and then they get less of a quarter to it. Horrible
