What wasn't okay was that there was no milkshakes available, but for some reason they did have soda floats... and that we waited all that time, and them hurried away to free up a curbside spot for someone else, only to find that our small and simple order was missing a medium fry... a medium fry that was part of a sandwich combo so how do you miss that? The app then gave as a "reward" for a medium fry that we have only one month to come back and redeem. So Chick-fil-A gets to hold my money until I come back and ask for my medium fries and if I don't within a month they just get to keep it. To say that is fair is absolutely insane. Apparently this location has many problems with missing items so yeah... just be aware they don't learn from their mistakes either.
