- ALAlberto LopezJul 2, 20262.0I usually enjoy Chick-fil-A, but I was disappointed with my experience in the drive-thru today. I was already waiting in line when a second lane was opened. Instead of directing the customers who had been waiting the longest into the new lane, employees allowed vehicles that had just arrived and were behind me to go first. As a result, several cars that came after me were served before I even had the chance to place my order, significantly increasing my wait time. I understand that managing two drive-thru lanes can be challenging, but the process should be fair and organized. I hope management reviews how traffic is directed when opening an additional lane so customers who have already been waiting aren't pushed farther back in line.

The combination of the chicken, honey pepper, and pimento cheese was amazing and made for a really tasty meal. 🥪😋 I truly appreciate Sonja Middleton’s kindness and generosity. Excellent customer service like this makes a big difference. My family and I always enjoy visiting this location, and we will definitely be back for more fabulous food and outstanding service. This location is beautiful and the staff are even lovelier. Everyone was extremely kind, helpful, polite and went out of their way to help us. But there is one employee that I feel deserves recognition and that is Crystal. She went above and beyond for me. We sat outside and when I got my Cobb salad had not even noticed that there was a minor omission (just an extra egg). Before I even had my salad open Crystal personally came out to check on my order; she had already noticed the minor omission before I had- and quickly brought it out along with a little extra something. Crystal was sweet, polite and provided excellent customer service. Five star experience all around. Thank you Crystal! I meant every word I shared with your manager. It’s employees like you that make this restaurant wonderful.
