    Adriana was our server, and she was rude. She looks like she hates her job and did not want to serve us. I usually like this BWW and this is the first time I encountered a server this rude. She took forever to come get our orders, never checked on refills. When we called her over to get more drinks, she looked irritated. Not cool. Took forever to get our food and got it wrong as well. We come to spend money and we don’t need that kind of attitude.

    Sad to be writing this since I had been waiting to eat here for my birthday, and I usually love this place! First off, when my party arrived it was very slow. Maybe only 3 tables were occupied. Despite that, for some reason it took 15 minutes to seat my group of 7. After being seated, it took almost 40 minutes for the waitress to take our order which I thought was weird. I ordered wings with 2 different dry rubs, and a wet barbeque sauce. After waiting yet another 45 minutes for the food, I was shocked. The dry wings had absolutely no seasoning at all, to the point that I couldn't even tell which was which since they didn't even have anything on them. The waitress agreed that they didn't look right, so she took them back and I had to wait another 30 minutes for my new wings. Everybody at my table was done eating, and when I received my new plate it looked EXACTLY THE SAME. No seasoning at all, and my barbeque wings still had large feathers on them. The waitress had offered to take them back again, but at that point we had already been there over 2 hours which was ridiculous. I ended up not eating any of it because it was disgusting, and for some reason the manager was hesitant to comp my meal which I had to push for! The whole experience was disappointing, and the food was disgusting. Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings for ruining my birthday dinner😅

    Nope, 👎 worst service ever. The servers are rude they don't communicate with you are food took an hour to come out all wrong. So we left

    Staff here needs to go through rigorous retraining. Our experience started off iffy from the get go for a party of two. The host was a young man with braids, whom we specified with at the very beginning that we wanted to be seated at a booth; to which he let us know it'd be around a 30 minute wait. Ok, no problem there. We aren't in any rush. We receive our text after some time and he takes us to a table, I stop him and remind him we wanted a booth- he looked annoyed by our interaction and tells us it'll be 30 minutes MORE because the server was busy with a current party. There are various servers, various booths available. Yet I have to wait longer because of your slight oversight, ok cool? We get sat around 15 minutes later, already kinda irritated NGL Our server approaches, we order drinks and ask for an appetizer we have reward points for- he doesn't know how to apply the reward and that it's online only. The code nor app state it's online only. Now, I'm patient and am a server too at a locally owned restaurant, so I get it. You're busy, it's loud and you're overstimulated. But I look him in the face and state that he should probably be trained on how promos and rewards on the app work. I may have come off as rude, yes but it's insane to me they allow just anyone to be a server/waiter etc without properly training them on current LTOs or app promos/rewards. I have included a screen cap of the "reward" I did not get because it's "online" only. Skip this locale, service is only getting worse.
