A few times the ice cream tasted like it had been sitting for a while, and they’re frequently out of certain cones even during normal hours. The bigger issue though is the professionalism. On multiple visits I’ve seen employees hanging out in the back area with the door wide open, sitting on each other’s laps and flirting instead of focusing on customers. It honestly made the environment uncomfortable and felt pretty unprofessional for a place serving the public. I’m not trying to be harsh, but management should probably pay more attention to what’s going on during shifts. The brand itself is good, but this location could definitely improve.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
