I get a sandwich or one of the prepared deli things like tuna salad, seafood salad, broccoli salad, etc. (I also get stuff for home too. Lunch meat, potato salad, soda, chips, whatever.) Today, I wanted to get a sandwich. So I'm waiting for one of the Safeway people to help me. I'm in the sandwich line, below the Boor's Head sign. But then the guy who was helping people at the fried chicken, french fries counter says, "one line". And he motions over to *his* line, which has maybe 5 people in it. What!?!? I've been here many times before, and the two lines are *always* separate. I've been to *other* Safeways as well, and the lines are *always* separate. So I left in disgust, as I wasn't going to buy *anything* here with that poor customer service attitude. I won't be back. The guy working at the store, doesn't even know how things are supposed to work. He just makes something up on the spot. No. I'll just go to Lucky from now on.
