- SGSusan GonzalesApr 22, 20261.0The Service at this location is absolutely awful. I was here on Tuesday, April 21 7:20 in the morning one man was there and one came in late that was wearing glasses. He was so rude to everyone. This place is ran so awful. The customer service here is absolutely zero stars. If you want to waste your time and waste your money and get treated like garbage definitely go to this place. I am so shocked at how unreal and how sad this place is Rang if you try to call the phone number it’s disconnected so disgusting. I’m so disgusted. The rude man with the glasses was so rude to me when I walked out. I’m a business owner right across the street and I will make sure to tell everyone how awful it was. !!

The lady and male employees saw me knock on the window and were generous enough to come out of their cars to give me my drink, which just laid on the counter. Rockstars staff!
- KPKirti ParekhMar 23, 20261.0I m writing this review, but it has now happened multiple times at this particular location. I always get Dunkalatte here with an extra shot of espresso. Always pay extra for the extra shot which is a fair point however I have only once actually gotten the paid extra shot. Every other time they just skimp on that extra shot that I have paid for. And I know they have skimped it because I only drink this coffee and know very well when there is no espresso added. Either don’t charge extra or if you are charging extra please don’t skimp on a paying customer.
