  Really good Chipotle location in Fremont 🌯🔥😄. Everything here felt fresh, clean, and well organized 🧼✨. The staff worked fast and the portions were solid 👌🌮. I like that at Chipotle you can build exactly what you want — different meats, rice, beans, vegetables, sauces, everything fresh and customizable 🌯🥑🌶️. This location also had a nice calm atmosphere compared to many busy California places 🌴☀️. Plenty of seating 🪑, comfortable vibe, and a good spot to stop during a long drive or after work 🚛☕. Food tasted fresh, ingredients looked good, and overall the experience was very satisfying 😌🔥. Simple, reliable, and filling meal without feeling too heavy 👍🌯✨

  Chipotle isn't like the taquerias that I experienced most of my life, as the menu is a little limited. But everything I've ever eaten here has been really good and fresh tasting. I would recommend Chipotle over Taco Bell any day. They may not offer the authentic Mexican cuisine that some of us prefer, but that's no reason to drop to a four star rating. What they are cooking up is always fresh and satisfying, and the employees at this particular store are always friendly.... One of my favorites!

  NEVER come on Saturdays lunch. The crew here will give you portions so tiny that you question whether they want to save for themselves. Avoid the Spanish speaking lady with glasses. She is the minimalist. Avoid weekends overall. Go to the Panda Express next door. The are far better. The crew on weekday dinner shift: kudos to you guys that this place becomes far better! Good favors and services! Good food portions too! If possible, I will only come on weekdays.

  This chipotle used to be good until they got a new manager (Randy), the staff became more miserable, the portion sizes are smaller and Randy gives me a hard time when I ask for extra rice when he put a small amount even though I get almost no other toppings that most people get. He refused to give me house vinaigrette dressing for my bowls because he claimed they were limited and for salads only (even tho it was only 6pm). They never make enough and are always out of a lot of stuff since Randy came. This guy needs to go. I used to go here four times a week now I barely want to go. This guy doesn’t realize or care that I spent over $10,000 in less than a year coming here and he still treats me horribly. It’s disgusting.

  I went to the Chipotle on Osgood in Fremont for the BOGO hockey jersey promotion, and the way I was treated was unacceptable. My child was wearing a soccer jersey by mistake, and instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager and front staff were rude, dismissive, and arrogant. I ended up leaving and going to a nearby location(on automall), where they had no issue at all with the soccer jersey and clearly cared more about the customer experience than a technicality. I strongly recommend people visit the Automall location instead—they have much friendlier, more welcoming staff who actually appreciate customers. Until the attitude changes here, the customer experience will continue to suffer. I will not be returning.
