  Food is great as any other Chipotle. But staff is unfriendly most times I go there for grabbing lunch, for some reason no smile no friendliness

  The staff had a hard time understanding our order. We thought maybe a language difference so we reordered in Spanish too. Either way was not understood and became very complicated. Pinto beans and guac also taste different at this location. Glad this isn’t our local Chipotle.

  Queso does not mean shredded cheese. it means liquid cheese sauce at chipotle. No, shredded Monterey Jack cheese is generally included in the price of your entree at Chipotle, even if you ask for "extra". The only add-ons that explicitly cost extra at Chipotle are proteins, guacamole, and queso. ik this is hard for the new gen workers to understand since they always generalize instead of thinking critically but this is how it is and has always been. don’t you dare interject and say “add less” in spanish 3 times to the worker when i asked her for more in english. it’s MY meal. don’t you dare lie and say cheese is a premium add on when you know what queso actually is. there isn’t even a button at the register for extra shredded cheese 🤦 so many people that think they know what’s up and never do. pick a struggle fr. in general, if you don’t know what to do, do not waste the customers time, just give it to them. that’s basic customer service 101. if you care about your job you would follow that mindset. dead ahh acting like you own the restaurant while damaging its reputation. 💀 i would have called but this is the only way to talk to the store. did u really think you were being decent by telling her to add less in spanish when i asked for more in english? no that’s rude no matter the language. shame on you. instead of talking to the worker attending me, you should talk to me, the customer, right away like you did the 3rd time of me asking for more cheese when you realized i knew spanish and could tell when i was getting less.

  I went today afternoon for order and pick up. I was in a call with my son to get specific order while giving instructions to the person making a chicken bowl. I did not like the way they put food in the bowl. They were also constantly talking between themselves. I got double protein in both my bowls The amount of chicken I got in my bowls was less compared to other chipotle chains . Overall poor service.
