  My burrito burst apart and left me with a mess after a few bites. This incident left me very unhappy and I regret eating here for my post hike meal.

  I wish I could give 0 stars, but Google Maps wouldn’t let me. • Ordered 2 cups, but both were less than half full. • When I asked about it, the female server said she could only give me one spoonful and couldn’t use the cup. • Very disappointing portion and service. Definitely not worth the price.

  I agree with a previous post about not visiting on a weekend. One Asian lady preparing the food was kind and courteous, the black girl ringing things up was unkind, did not smile or greet me, and was preoccupied chatting with a man in front of me who ordered these 2 cups of meat. The facility was very dirty and the only visible person was the elder Asian lady. There was also a homeless lady who came in to get water then proceeded to lay on the ground outside tan herself in a tiny miniskirt and no underwear, I wish I could unsee that! Just don't go.

  Worst chipotle location in all of Fremont, please avoid by all means, the staff are so stingy with portions, and please avoid being served buy a Spanish guy with glasses, he literally put like 10 kernels of corn and like 1 teaspoon of sour cream and barely any rice all while I kept asking extra and he kept cussing me out in Spanish !!!! The audacity of this guy!!!! Please avoid guys. And I didn’t even get any meat, it was a freaking veggie burrito out of all the things!! He also heated 2 tortillas at once rather than one by one which is the standard when the store was completely empty as well. He was so impatient, if you hate your job so much stop making it a me problem and quit please!!!

  There is man that works at this location who is 40+ years old. He was wearing glasses, clean shaved, spoke Spanish. He had some of the worst attitude I’ve faced from any fast food customer service rep, and for no reason. I asked him for brown rice, he said we don’t have any. I asked when will there be more and he shook his head with an attitude and walked over to the other station and got brown rice without saying anything to me. I asked for a tortilla on the side. He left the tortilla in the warmer and forgot to take it out. When it was time to check out I asked him for the tortilla. He looked at the tortilla warmer and shook his head and walked over there and took out the burnt tortilla and put in a new one. Not sure why he is working there if he is there to ruin customer’s day. It felt like everything I asked for he had to give attitude like I was supposed to come in to chipotle and order nothing. If he doesn’t want to work there he can find a job elsewhere? Also he gave me 5 pieces of chicken in my chicken bowl 😂 I won’t be coming back to this location because of this grumpy man. I hope the management can monitor this worker and stop him from ruining the chipotle experience for dedicated customers. To the owners of this location, please realize that he is helping the business lose money and this corruption must me stopped 🙂‍↕️
