  Many years ago I tried some dishes at Chipotle and I thought it was a great chain restaurant, never tried again but actually bought stock of the company. Now since the stock is not growing, I tried it again the other day and I know why the sales is down. The place is in a big shopping center with many parking spaces, no trouble there. The restaurant is clean and modern although not very crowded at 6PM dinner time, assuming all take outs. So there's a new Pollo Asado Bowl on the wall, so I wanted to try. Here's why I think the sales is going down. There's a young girl working at the counter getting food for my bowl, everything I asked for is served with a half shallowed spoon full. There seems to be no measurement for each spoon, it's up to the server, if she's happy the spoon is full, tired or not happy the spoon is half full, so she must be very tired that day. Then came to the main chicken cubes, I counted 6 little pieces on a $12 bowl of the chicken asada with beans, rice, lettuce. The whole bowl still tasted great, just the quantity is skimpy which I'm not very fond of. Anyhow, will I try again, may be, when I feel there's no Mexican restaurant to eat and there are tons of them in Fremont.

  Whenever I go in the evening, the young lady who wear glasses at the counter is very kind. Even though it gets busy she only one who makes everything right.

  Just look at the common complaints. I stopped eating chipotle a few months ago because they made an obvious effort to cut their portion sizes in half and still charge full price. I decided to try the new chicken and of course they suck bad still. Look at the portion size of COLD chicken I get for a bowl, COLD black beans on the side, COLD rice, COLD queso with chips. EVERYTHING COLD AND HALF PORTION SIZE. I attached a pic with all my chicken that i.pulled from the bowl and put it on a chipotle napkin to show my 3 bites of chicken. Don't get it twisted it's ALL the Bay Area chipotles. I don't expect it to be super hot but I would like to at least know it was recently warm. They are never going to change because they obviously only care about profit margins and not quality food at respectable portion sizes. Absolutely pathetic and I know they are being trained to do it

  This is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to in terms of service and efficiency. Every time I place an online order, I still have to wait another 10 minutes after arriving at the scheduled pickup time. On several occasions, I’ve come in at night and the employees were just chatting with each other while no one was preparing my order. The dining area is also poorly maintained—utensils and napkins are frequently out of stock and rarely get restocked. Overall, the service is extremely slow and the staff seem completely unorganized. Definitely one of the worst Chipotle locations I’ve experienced.

  Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. I placed a pickup order at approximately 12:50 p.m. for a scheduled pickup time of 1:10 p.m. The order included a burrito and a burrito bowl. I arrived at approximately 1:48 p.m., almost 40 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, and the order still had not been made. I then had to wait while they prepared an order that should have been ready long before I arrived. When I got home, the burrito bowl was somehow even worse. There were only about three extremely small pieces of meat in the entire bowl. There was virtually no rice, and the hot salsa that was specifically ordered was completely missing. At that point, I had essentially paid full price for an incomplete veggie bowl. This was not a minor mistake or a slightly small portion. The order was never made on time, then when it was finally made, one of the entrées was missing major parts of what I paid for and was portioned so poorly that it barely resembled the order I placed. What makes this especially frustrating is that I ordered ahead specifically for convenience. Instead, I showed up nearly 40 minutes after the promised pickup time, still had to wait, and then got home to discover the food was made incorrectly anyway. Mistakes can happen, but when the entire process breaks down from the pickup time to the actual preparation of the food, it reflects a serious lack of attention and quality control. Very disappointing and absolutely not worth the full price I paid.
