  The guy in front of me didn’t pay for their food so they made me pay instead on top of my own order and said they’d refund me but I never got a refund

  Fast and great price. You will hardly find a dinner menu with both meal and drinks under $15 in a healthy, fast food joint. Highly recommended it!

  We've been visiting this location for years without any major issues with the food. Over the last couple of months or so, we've noticed that the food quantity has dropped SIGNIFICANTLY at least for the bowls - rice, chicken, beans - you name it, it's reduced in quantity they give you. The result - bowls now seem almost half the size compared to a few months ago. Service also has taken a BIG hit at this location. During our last visit, my kid and I both ordered chicken bowls. We not only got smaller amounts of each of the food items, we also got inconsistent amount between our bowls. The female servers were rude, unattentive and didn't seem to care whether they're putting the requested food item in the right bowl or not. So, by the time we reached the payment counter, both of our bowls were not only small (and smaller), they had multiple items in the wrong bowl. When I brought up the reduced portion size, the staff maintained that's the normal amount they're asked by corporate policy to give. (Two other separate customers also also brought out their grievances about smaller portion size for their orders and ours) Whether there's been a recent change in Chipotle corporate policy on the portion size OR we were just lucky to have very generous servers earlier in this location and EVERY OTHER location we've ever been to - we're not keen on continuing to come to this location, or another if this continues.

  Bad service all the workers look miserable god bless them. Drink station does not work and food was lukewarm.

  If I could this unprofessional, scummy, and garbage chipotle store a 0 Id pay $1 million ten times over again just to give them a 0 again. BY FAR the most incompetent group of staff that work at this location!!!! I put my order in 25 minutes before going to pick it up and they were pushing out orders still from people in line while neglecting those that had ordered way before including myself. WE SHOULD HAVE PRIORITY!!!!! Most of us are on a time crunch such as myself and they let a doordasher take my order without double checking because the cashier wanted to prioritize people in line when I had been waiting for my order, but she didn't double check the pick-up orders and thats why mine was taken. When I asked them what happened to my order they just said to wait because they were going to remake it... This would've been another wasted 30 minutes of my time!!!!!! Cashier had a horrible attitude too when I let them know I needed them to make it ASAP. Overall very poor service. On top of this they have a habit of insulting you with the portions they give compared to all the other Chipotles I go to. Someone needs to be disciplined.
