  I placed an order for pick up, in my order I ordered regular wings, got home and they were boneless. I called and was told they were out of bone in wings. I asked why wasn’t I notified? The lady said they were supposed to call me to let me know but they didn’t as well as no one said anything when I picked up my order. She said to make up for it they would give me a “free” order of bone in wings with my next purchase. So me buying something else is their way of fixing THEIR mistake? I ordered from them about 6 years ago and it was just not good. Decided to give it another shot and I regret it. I won’t be ordering from here again.

  Legit, never felt so unwelcome anywhere before! front counter girl with the septum is rude and doesn’t know how to help total came out to $70 and she wouldn’t take our $100 because they just opened they were out of normal drinks she didn’t know if they had wings, doesn’t know what a serving size is, she was only happy when I said we’d just go somewhere else… I don’t know if this is her business or if she just works there but way to ruin someone’s experience with your crappy I don’t want to be here attitude…

  Went to pizza factory today to get there slice special. The pizza in glass display had a few slices. The guy with gold necklace wasnt friendly and instead of giving me the slices that werent burned it looked like he purposely chose burnt ones. The pizza tasted old and rough. I used to love this place and always took my granddaughter, but after today i am done. I will never go there again.
