  This Albertsons supermarket is the best in Orange County it has everything I need such as exotic hot sauces from Costa Rica, Melinda habanero ketchup, chipotle , habanero mustard I cannot find anywhere else. Their produce department is amazing the fruits look great n taste like fruits not like vegetables, I bought ripe peaches only $2.99 a lb. They have a wonderful deli I love their fried chicken. Idk if they Still have bbq in the parking lot on July 4th but they had that for years . The store is clean n well decorated.

  In redoing the store, they have ruined it, at least for me. The ONLY signs saying where things are, are now at either end of the LONG aisles, and they are perpendicular to those aisles. So trying to shop there now is frustrating and irritating. And apparently they have received many complaints but don't plan to fix it. So I don't plan to go there again unless I have to, which I won't.

  Anthony in the butcher department is helpful, knowledgeable and and made my day today. I found a recipe for boneless short ribs. They only had them out on display with bones. All I had to do was push a button and he was there in a flash. I told him what I was looking for he went in the back cut the bone out and even cut the pieces into 3 parts for me. Nowadays real customer service and satisfaction is a rare experience. Today I feel like I won! Thank you for showing me that the customer experience means something. Go Anthony!!!!

  great store 🤩 they have some items that other stores, staters, sprouts, walmart, etc., doesn't have. wish there was self checkout 🤓

In a world where some grocery stores feel like contestants on a survival reality show, this Albertsons felt calm, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. The real standout, though, was the staff. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful. Nobody acted inconvenienced by questions. Nobody pointed vaguely toward an aisle and disappeared into the void. Every interaction felt like I was dealing with people who actually cared about helping customers find what they needed. That matters. Because grocery shopping should not require the navigation skills of an airline pilot and the detective abilities of Sherlock Holmes just to locate one item. Today, the team made everything easy. The store moved with a smooth rhythm. Employees were working hard, helping customers, stocking shelves, keeping things clean, and doing it all with professionalism and positive attitudes. You can tell there’s a culture of teamwork here. What impressed me most was that the level of service didn’t change from person to person. Whether someone was grabbing a quick item, doing a full shopping trip, or asking questions, everyone appeared to be treated with the same patience and respect. That’s real customer service. That’s real leadership. And that’s the kind of experience that keeps people coming back. Albertsons often gets recognized for groceries, but today the people made the difference. The staff turned a routine shopping trip into a genuinely positive experience through simple things: kindness, professionalism, attentiveness, and consistency. Timeless white-glove service. Wagyu-level hospitality in a grocery store setting. Professional without being cold. Helpful without being pushy. Efficient without making people feel rushed. Huge gratitude to the entire Albertsons team for showing what excellent customer service looks like. Absolute six-star experience. 10 out of 10.
