The first attempt, 16 gallons of milk and mane containers of half & half and whipping cream arrived. In the delivery window, I should add. I called the store. Management is hands off regard delivery, as they say it’s a 3rd party transaction. After many attempts to speak with delivery, another cake was handed to a driver. It never got to my mother. After more phones calls and more holding time, I decided it was late in the day and my parents plans had been ruined. Let’s see if the refund comes through without any problems. What a joke!
