  Update:: So we typically LOVE Pizza Hut! I, without remembering this last debacle, decided to order again (another $250 order), and forgot to add the tip on to my debit card payment, so I called to ask if it was too late or did I need. to just pay it in cash. “Justin,” who CLAIMS is the manager, answered stating that he was just getting ready to call me because he didn’t have enough stuff crust to fill my order; he only had enough for 2 (out of 3). He then asks if I wanted a different kind of pizza or if he should transfer my order to another store so they could fill it. I told him it was a hassle for me to redo that LARGE order and that I didn’t want to be charged EXTRA for a stuff crust, only to not receive it. He then said there was nothing he could do about that. He NEVER offered to make it right for me,, by adding more for my money, instead of me losing money. He then said there was nothing he could do for me, and as I was asking him about how the refund of my order would work, HE HUNG UP ON ME!!! HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! I called back and told him I was still asking him something and I told him instead that he hung up on me; he said the thought we said our goodbyes! I told him he didn’t even bother doing that!! I asked my question about the refund, and he said he didn’t know as he’s never used his personal card only to end up canceling, so he didn’t know. I told him I’d like him to cancel my order immediately because that’s a LOT of money to be charged on my card only to not receive the pizza. He told me since I had an account, that I should get a notification as soon as the order has been canceled, BUT I DIDN’T!! THIS IS THE MOST UNORGANIZED AND UNPROFESSIONAL PIZZA PLACE IN THE WORLD!! I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH BAD EXPERIENCES WITH ONE PIZZA PLACE AS I HAVE FOR THIS PARTICULAR STORE!!!! AVOID THIS PIZZA PLACE!!! AVOID THIS PIZZA PLACE!!! AVOID THIS PIZZA PLACE!!! AVOID THIS PIZZA PLACE!!! AVOID THIS PIZZA PLACE!!! OH AND MANAGEMENT SUCKS TOO!!! (Original Review) I order a LARGE ORDER, A LOT OF FOOD FOR A LOT OF PEOPLE ($253 order) and we ALL agreed that the pizza was subpar and felt like it was thrown together quickly just to get the order out, which was the only good thing about the order is that it arrived quickly. However, the taste, the toppings were sparingly, as was the sauce. Like I said, it was a rush job order that they felt they had to fulfill before closing time, and I just think they did so in a hurry resulting in pizza that was not the Pizza Hut quality that we all know and love. Extremely disappointed with this order. Perhaps I should have went with one of their competitors for my get together.

  Decent pizza hut. I like the stuffed pizza crust.
