  McDonald’s really needs to address the ongoing issue with their ice cream machines. This is the second time I’ve been served ice cream that was melted. If the machine isn’t functioning correctly, they shouldn’t be selling ice cream at all. It’s not acceptable to charge customers for a product that isn’t being properly prepared.

  I got 2 big Mac meal one for me one for my husband I opened mine in the car. I grabbed the burger took a small bit all of a sudden I saw a couple of rat droppings in the box I examined it by looking at it my husband said don't eat it let's take them back. There was no Manager around 3 o'clock ish on May 6th. I was so disgusted. It just happened today I am writing this almost 8 hours after that. Such horrible experience. 🤮

  I ordered a curbside pickup for an ice cream cone, and the experience was honestly frustrating. The cone I received was noticeably smaller than usual—about half the normal size—and already melting when it arrived. When I pointed it out, the employee said it was because it was melting, which didn’t really address the issue. There were no napkins provided either. When I asked for a replacement that wasn’t melting, I was told to come inside, which didn’t make sense since the mistake wasn’t mine. I went in anyway, and the second cone I received was still melting—only slightly better. As I was leaving, the ice cream melted so badly that the entire scoop fell off onto my shoes and the floor. I showed it to the staff, and surprisingly, no one apologized. Eventually, they just handed me a melting ice cream in a cup—no acknowledgment, no apology. Really disappointing service. Mistakes happen, but the lack of basic customer care made it worse.

  The manager is so nice, she helps me with my needs! She also lets me do the classic stuff, too! Plus, the food is totally better there, too! I’ll never forget about how wonderful this location is! 🥰🥳
