The donuts are NOT made fresh on-site, in fact, they're probably Sysco. The teenage staff are rude, but usually moreso on the Baskin Robbins side of the shop. We recently ordered an ice cream cake, and when we went in to collect it we were told that the machine was broken so they couldn't make it; yet they still charged us, and didn't bother to call us to tell us.
