  I ordered a bagel with strawberry cream cheese. They didn't put the cream cheese on the bagel, but gave me the cream cheese on the side without any utensils. Am I supposed to spread the cream cheese on my bagel with my fingers? Come on!!!!

  Generally if a customer is going to need to wait a few minutes, they are told by the server, "I'll be right with you". Not by these employees. I was just ignored for several minutes. I also noticed that ALL of the plastic shields that are used to keep the icecream cold and the flies out were all up. Visible signs of melting icecream were clearly visible. Apparently these young employees were not clearly trained on how to serve a banana split. I can go more into the incompetency of this server but I blame the training manager. I had to begin to explain how procedure for a banana split is done but was meet with "that's not how it's usually done". Wait, placing the whole banana on the bottom uncut and struggling to keep the icecream from rolling off is how it's normally done? That comment from the server was totally untrue as I have been coming to this Baskin Robins for over 10 years. Much longer than those servers have been working there. Yea, NO, that is not how it's normally done. Melted ice-cream and untrained servers...that was my experience. Will I return, not if those particular servers are working there.

  I have stopped at this Dunkin after my appointments at Hoag while I’m pregnant because it’s one of the easiest places for me to grab something to eat afterward. I’ve only been to Dunkin twice, and unfortunately, both experiences have been disappointing. To make it clear it was my first and second time ever experiencing Dunkin in the first place. The first time, I ordered a plain bagel, and it just wasn’t very good, it tasted stale and sour. Today, after another appointment, I ordered the Double Strawberry drink and a bagel with cream cheese. I had about a quarter of my drink left when I took a sip and felt something strange in my mouth. I pulled out a long, clear, stretchy piece of what looked and felt like plastic from my drink. It was extremely gross and concerning. On top of that, the cream cheese on my bagel was cracked and tasted sour, which made me question the freshness and overall quality of the food. As someone who is currently five months pregnant, it made me especially nervous about what I had been consuming. I don’t know what’s going on with this location, but after two disappointing visits, I won’t be coming back. The quality has been very poor, and I personally think Dunkin is far more hyped up than my experience has reflected. I would encourage others to be cautious when visiting this location. The only reason why I’m giving it 2 starts is because I got a regular glazed donut that wasn’t terrible.

  Sorry, but my experience was pretty bad. When we arrived (around 6:10 PM), there was a lady at the entrance door with the least welcoming expression. She appeared to be working on a lock, so I asked if they were still open, and she very unwelcomingly said yes. For some reason, she held the door for me, but when my wife, who was right behind me, moved to enter, she let the door close. Then, the first register had a sign that said 'Closed, go to next cashier' (or something similar). We waited 10 minutes until someone finally helped us, just to let us know the Dunkin' side was closed."

  I’ve always liked Dunkin’s donuts, but this was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. When I walked in, I greeted the employee at the counter and was completely ignored. Not even a simple “hello” or acknowledgment. I stood there feeling invisible while the employee acted as if I wasn’t even there. To make matters worse, when my order was finally ready, the employee practically threw the donuts onto the counter in front of me without a word. It felt rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Customer service costs nothing, yet this location seems to have forgotten that basic principle. I came in as a loyal customer and left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. I won’t be coming back, and I’ll be sharing this experience with my friends and family so they know what kind of service to expect here. Extremely disappointing.
