  You can tell how cheap they are when you ask for a water cup and they tell you we don’t do water cups. You’ll have to buy a $3.50 cup just to use their tap water One of the filthiest bathroom I ever been almost throw up when I went in. It was too late because we ordered the food when the food came in. It was raw with long seasoning. Talk to the manager she panicked. She said that she’s not authorized to do a refund how sad felt bad for her. We asked her to call a district manager. She said she is not allowed she promised to refund the money in two weeks told her don’t worry because I’m gonna dispute it with my Discover Card never will go back and advise you guys not to go back just drive 2 miles down the road to another Wingstop. If you have to I did dispute the order with my credit card got my money back. I don’t care what they can do next, but I learn my lesson. Yeah we have good reviews on Google. I believe it’s fake.

  Wow never expected this from Wingstop I tried many branches and I love this company but this store Specifically doesn’t care about the costumer experience my food came out raw and when I asked for a refund the manager didn’t allow it to happen never going to this branch again very bad service and food

  Worst Wingstop location the chicken was raw and the food had hair and when the purple haired manager saw she doesn’t know how to handle the situation and was shaking the whole time not knowing what to do while telling her what was wrong with the food no water cups bathrooms are dirty and the table was left with everything they don’t treat customers right !!!!! We went cause the reviews were high sometimes reviews don’t mean anything and they don’t have refunds and no store credit and told us to wait 2 weeks and that WE MIGHT get a refund after the food is reviewed by district manager never experienced this type of service in my life WORST MOST DIRTIEST WINGSTOP EVER!!!!!!!👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

  Unfortunately i keep giving this location chances and they keep disappointing me. First time i doordashed from here and they forgot my ranch, then the next time they put the wrong seasoning on my fries. Then the wrong size of fries & this time they forgot my ranch again. I rather drive 15 mins to the next location than be upset every time i order from here. was so excited for this location but now just disappointed

  I visited the new Wingstop on Cherry in Fontana and left without ordering. When I walked in, I wasn't greeted - I get that they were busy, so I waited. But over the next several minutes I watched two other customers get a "welcome" as they walked in, while I stood there the entire time with zero acknowledgment, not even a "we'll be right with you." Both registers were marked closed, which made me think this location only takes mobile orders now - if that's the case, it needs to be posted clearly at the door, because there was no indication of that anywhere since it seemed they were too busy with making orders and only acknowledging mobile order customers. After being ignored long enough, I left. I've never had this problem at the Day Creek location and will be going back there instead. A new location is a rough opening, but basic acknowledgment of customers standing in front of you isn't optional - it needs to be fixed.
