- AMA MAug 9, 20262.0Picked up two platters of fruit on Sunday morning. The order was placed the day prior. On my arrival I went directly to the deli to pickup per the instructions on the confirmation email. One of the women working the deli counter stated nothing was available there and proceeded to send me to produce. When I asked produce they stated the same and I headed back to the deli. I explained to the same woman about the issue and she was rude and apparently had no recollection of what happened 5 minutes prior. They finally called a manager and they had the platters somewhere else. I do think that they should probably revamp their pick instructions, and the employees that are working the deli area should be more professional, and friendlier. Vons product quality is awesome, but details like this ruin the experience of returning.
- BRBlaine RAug 1, 20261.0Went in on Tuesday and they had an issue with the freezers not working in the ice cream section. All of the ice cream had been removed. Went back on Friday and all of the ice cream was back. I bought two pints and when I opened them when I got home they were completely crystallized. Very clearly were not stored properly when they were moved, and they melted and were re-frozen. Not a great experience. Also, their chat button on the app doesn’t work, so I have no way to reach out to anybody about this. This review is the only way to bring attention to it.
