  I came to Pizza Hut to pick up my order that I placed online and when I gave them my name they said they have not received my order. This shocked me at first because I was like no way I put it on the wrong Pizza Hut but nope it was the correct location. After waiting 30-40 minutes for my pizza to be ready turns out it never was made but they were good at charging me for it. The shift manager didn’t help at all saying that there was nothing he can do and his general manager was also not help saying the same thing. This was a horrible experience that I EVER had on Pizza Hut because I left with no pizza and they took my money. I feel like I was robbed.

  bought the New Yorker pizza and the pizza is like left over, dry and ugly, its not hot, it means its not freshly baked!!! im not gonna buy here again!!! im very disappointed!! this is my last order from this, very unprofessional, lazy, all crew must be fired!!!! train more stupid and lazy bakers!!!!

  Pizza I got tasted fine. I just wish it didn't take twice as long as the estimated delivery time said it was going to be. Also my pizza was smashed toward the right side of the box like it was thrown in the driver's car and a little bit of the toppings were stuck to the top of the box. I only leave 2 stars since the pizza was still salvageable to enjoy and I'm not picky when it comes to the temperature of things.
