  My food was clearly rushed and undercooked. The pizza was still doughy, the fries weren't crisp, and the wings weren't crunchy. I don't mind having to wait for my food, if it means it is going to be cooked properly. When I entered the establishment, no one was up front, and it took a legit 4-5mins before anyone noticed I was in there. There was a DoorDasher -who I made small talk with- as we listened to the workers have a colorful conversation about customers and their flip attitude towards them (I don't think they knew we could hear them). I get it, sometimes customer-facing and service jobs can be grating, but each new customer deserves a base level of respect for their order, regardless of a worker's previous experiences. To me, I wasted $40, but more so my time. And it is quite clear why this location's rating across the internet reflect as such. Please, find a happy medium for both parties' sake. FWIW I have ordered here several times over the last few years, and it's usually not a bad experience. It just seems whomever they have working there now, just doesn't really care to work there? Idk.

  Disappointed. Red flag was it came without a top! I’m confused as to why it looks like this. It wasn’t cooked thoroughly. I can’t give this to my daughter. This was a delivery order yet was dropped off by DoorDash. Idk if this is pizza hut doing or the driver. Either way. Unacceptable

  My food is always made on time and no error. Alexis, she has helped me couple of times and that girl says 10 mins or 12 mins. she's on point. Very good service.
