  They charge you for packets of cheese and chilli flakes even though you order pizza. Im definitely going to a different pizza place like how you guys a multi billion company charge for a small packet of chilli flakes?

  Worst pizza in years! Spent over $100 to have two large pizzas delivered. When they arrived, I opened both boxes and learned that neither was what it had ordered. I called the store and spoke with the store manager who told me that she would refund my money, But I would need to bring the pizzas back to the store. I then advise her that I had paid for delivery so they were welcome to come pick them up for my refund, but she refused. I asked her what they were going to do with the returned pizzas if I returned them, when she told me they donate them to shelters. So the manager flat out lied to me because I'm aware that that is against the law to take food back into your restaurant that has already been delivered out. The manager refused to give me a credit or refund on my purchase unless I returned the pizza. Having no choice, my family ate the two pizzas which were very thin, very dry, and just overall unsatisfactory. The pizza's were horrible. I will never be purchasing from this Pizza Hut again.

  I haven’t been to this Pizza Hut in about a year because it’s been so awful, but I thought I’d try again. It’s still just as bad. I ordered a hand toasted pizza with extra olives. Apparently, when it cooked, they allowed the cheese to bubble up and all the toppings to run off or they just didn’t put any toppings on there because the slices had about three tiny slivers of olives on each slice and no cheese., The crust was hard/thin like cardboard and overcooked. It was suppose to be hand tossed , not thin crust. I complained when I was there and the worker said oh, we have a measuring device that measures the olives. I told her you could tell it was bubbled up and everything ran off because there’s no cheese either. She just said that’s how it is. Then wanted a tip. . I paid for a three topping pizza just so I could get extra olives.

  This food is terrible it tastes like a bad school lunch. Look at ts. Want a refund
