Because they're always busy something missing mainly they forget condiments thar even been paid for as well. & when they are packed in drive thru irritates all the customers in line when they have to wait for a long time; then make them pull forward where some cars/people block the way for those that get there meal before them. They ignore that they are due to save the reason that they're agitated, waiting for the food still.. Send a sense away, they ignore out of a spite. Make others wait and hold up the line..😮💨🙄🙄
