  I simply cannot believe what just happened to me involving your staff. I would really appreciate it if the manager or supervisor would review the security footage of my interaction with those two women who served me so rudely. The first woman refused to give me the receipt for my online order, telling me I would get it at the second window. The second woman, who handed me my order, told me, you have it in the app.I replied, "Yes, but I want a printed copy"yet she didn't even let me finish speaking before she told me the other woman had thrown it away, and then she slammed the window shut. What is wrong with them? They flat out refused to give me my printed receipt, which I needed to verify expenses for my job. I have been coming to this location for weeks at the exact same time, and this is truly the first time I have ever been treated this way, JUST ORRIBLE!.

  Who every is the dude taking orders through the drive thru on April 14th 4:50pm needs to go through training on customer service. The guy is so rude to people who are trying to order. Manager needs to do better and stop hiring guys who doesn't know how to communicate nicely.

  Very slow and unprofessional service. The employees were more focused on talking and joking around than working efficiently. After I mentioned the slow service, my order took even longer and it made me uncomfortable trusting how my drink was handled.
