  Food was good. just frustrating when you order a double chicken tostada bowl and it didn't come with the cilantro dressing you had ordered on the side.

  Food is always good. Service was very fast. However, if they could get an order right it would be great!

  Worst pollo loco i have ever been too never seen a place so dirty and poor quality on the food took for ever to get a simple kids meal

  Horrendous customer service. The workers act like they hate their job. I’ve asked them so very nicely if they can please do my chicken well done, as to get a bit more color on the outside. And on 4 separate ocassions and 3 seperate cooks, I’ve had 1 groan and roll his eyes, one that just flat out refused to do it, and had the audacity to just hand us a barely browned chicken. And one that was an older man, which I kind of felt bad, because he was clearly overworked, that just wasn’t able to. Also, they always get your sides wrong. Which is kind of ridiculous, given that they literality don’t have cashiers anymore. So there should be more staff taking care of other stuff. Regardless, it’s just a sad place to see. And just isn’t worth the effort to micromanage them and hope they feel like doing their job.

  I have been going to this Pollo loco for a while but I'm very disappointed with the chicken it was dry and tasted awful. Tribal knowledge wasn't cascaded to the newer generations
