  Chipotle is good, I love their bowl option and I have no complaints about the main menu... but this occasion i went to sample the new chips, the spicy lime ones. I was a tad disappointed in them and in the fact that I had to buy a sauce separately. The chips were a bit chewy, I couldn't tell if they were stale or if they came that way because of the seasoning. They were also more salty than I care for and I definitely wouldn't graze on the entire bag by myself. After my bowl, chips, and a dipping sauce, my total was $19.47 which I doubt I'll do again.

  Roger this one is for you! Every time we come to this location its a horrible experience, so we try to avoid it but its the only one closest to us. 1 min away from our home. The employees here are always give the worst service. But today Roger changed that for us. He actually made conversation with us. And asked us how our night was going made, Some conversation and made the experience hey, pleasant one. Have had us laughing. We can tell he's not here just to collect a paycheck. Thank you Roger. I gave them 3 stars because of the previous interactions combined with the one that we just had today.

  I mobile ordered a bowl from here, and unfortunately, my order was made incorrectly. I went back inside to have it remade, and that’s when the experience got even more frustrating. There were only three people in line, but the employees were taking forever because they were busy talking instead of helping customers. Since I had to get my order remade, I ended up having to go to the back of the line and wait all over again, despite already having waited for my mobile order. On top of that, the customer service was pretty disappointing. There was no “hi,” “welcome,” “sorry about that,” or even “have a good day.” I wasn’t expecting anything special, but some basic communication and acknowledgment would have made the situation much better. Mistakes happen, but the way the situation was handled made what should have been a quick pickup unnecessarily frustrating.

  Genuinely how does the online order have the entire order printed out on a sticker, but they get the food in the order wrong. It must’ve been opposite day there because each item in the bowl was wrong. When a busy person orders utensils on the app, they could expect them to be in the bag. Entirely disappointed in the service and I would’ve said something but I had to leave to work.
