- JJJenelleMay 6, 20261.0Walked into the Chipotle on Cherry Ave, the young lady working at the timewas not following proper sanitation/food prep etiquette. The gloves she wore, she was running her hand across the counter to remove food that was wasting and sweeping that same food back into food containers ( cross- contamination) or picking it up of the counter and putting it in the customer's food and those same gloves were used to touch the taco/ burrito shells SO UNSANITARY and with food being open and customers watching, there should be better sanitation and cleanliness by the staff. I wanted to ask her to change her gloves, but did not want to put her on the spot in front of the other waiting customers. I wanted to speak to a manager, but had a busy day at work and was ready to get home So much for "not having to cook after work" I fed my burrito to my neighbor's dog. The staff need to go back and review their food service rules and change gloves more often

I asked for my drink and she didn't believe me, so she gave me a 12 Oz instead if 16oz which is what I ordered with lemonade that was basically water. I ordered a large chips and large salsa (separate items) and ended up with a small bag. Usually there is a young man there that is not rude. But this gal/lady basically acted like she didn't want to be there and acted like I was bothering her. I paid for a large back of chips and didn't get it. My chips that came w/the meal were also missing. Next time I'm checking my bag before I leave. Now I have more salsa than chips 😞
