  First time visitor- downloaded app for pickup and it wasn’t ready when I picked up. It took 43 extra minutes for my 4 items to be made. I was given a milk shake for free but realized it was completely melted when I got out to my car and it must have been sitting in their counter. All the customers had been waiting and were complaining about how long it was taking.

  We have never been and the ladies working were so friendly and food was wonderful. Will be back again.

  First time visiting Wayback Burgers, and unfortunately it left a bad impression. I had an in-app reward for a free burger with a $10+ order. I met the requirement, but was charged for both burgers anyway, even though the app clearly showed the offer as redeemed. When I politely brought it up, the cashier got defensive and raised his voice at me. I was with family, so I paid for the extra burger out of pocket rather than make a scene, but I shouldn't have had to. I'm not sure if it was a training issue or a system issue, but being yelled at for asking a basic question about my own reward is unacceptable. A first visit should never go like this. I hope management reviews how app rewards are handled at the register and addresses the customer service at this location. Won't be coming back.
