  Just went here just now to pick up lunch for parents and everything was great till I went home and opened my take out bag. Ordered a full size tomato pesto but and only got half sandwich but I paid for full. Wanted a full, hence why I ordered it. Ordered strawberry poppyseed salad but they were out of strawberries, asked to replace with extra blueberries and got 8 blueberries in salad🧐 The service and people were nice while I was there, but if you are going to only give me half a sandwich when I ordered a full, then I expect to only be charged for half and not full. If you go here make sure you check your order before leaving. Very disappointing.

  The food (in this case bagels) keep getting smaller, looking less appetizing & the prices keep increasing. You are now asking for customers to order & pay for their orders (do more work) while employing less help to assist with ordering & options. Very sad what has happened to this company.

  Hadn't been here in years, so glad I went back. I think her name was Isabel (team lead), but she was the nicest customer service employee I've come across in a long time. What a breath of fresh air. Thanks to her and the others to make this lunch so wonderful. Keep up the great work!!

  Stopped in on my way home for a Dr Pepper (I’ve got the Sips Membership). There was a piece of tape over the Dr. Pepper that said, OUT OF ORDER. Why are they ALWAYS out of DP?!?! Beyond annoying. That’s the only reason I pay for the Sip Club is for the DP and this location is always out. Additionally, I used the bathroom and on the large stall was a “OUT OF ORDER” sign posted. There are only 2 stalls at this location so I used the other one and… it wouldn’t flush, the flush handle was broken. Lucky for them, I only pee’d!! Upon walking out and advising the girl at the front (who was super sweet) I received some snotty looks from 2 females working in the food prep area. Not cute. The best part of my experience was the girl at the front. No DP meaning NO drink for me, a broken down toilet meaning they have ZERO working toilets AND absolutely RUDE glances from 2 chicks in the back. This location sucks, I’ll go to the location in Roseville never time.

  I enjoy coming here in the mornings when things are quieter. The employees greet customers kindly and take the time to explain menu options without rushing. The food is well prepared, flavorful, and consistent — especially the soups and bakery items. The dining area is peaceful, clean, and well maintained, making it easy to sit and enjoy a meal slowly. It feels welcoming without being noisy, which I appreciate. This Panera has become part of my routine, and that consistency matters to me.
