  I ordered a dragon fruit delight bowl and there was barely any dragon fruit smoothie. The smoothie wasn't mixed well and there were chunks of ice. It was more "granola" than smoothie but they changed their granola so instead of oats and nuts it's big round crunchy cereal bits. The tiny bit of smoothie melted and made the cereal all soggy. I basically paid $12 for a bowl of soggy cereal with dragon fruit milk. Also the banana was brown. These bowls used to be $5-7 and the bowls used to be bigger. Now it fits in the palm of my hand. Also there was way toooo much syrup and it was so sweet it made my stomach hurt. I will not be going back here and will be going to Nekter instead. Sad because I used to love these bowls but quality has gone way down . Shrinkflation strikes again. The workers were nice so I give them three stars for that.

  One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time!! Both employees greeted me as I came in then offered assistance promptly and the guy who took my order me was very helpful and nice. Also made a great smoothie, other stores are good but normally make it a little too watery, it was perfect this time! Anyhow, it might’ve not been a big deal to them but their kind service really made my day so I had to leave a review. I didn’t get their names but they worked on Tuesday around noon. Thank you! :)
