  Service 100000% Jaylen was wearing lots of hats during our visit. Making drinks, helping the copy tech, and greeting each customer like the business was her own. Smiling every step of the way. Struggling getting logged into the app so I just wanted to make sure she was recognized. Oh, and the drinks were delicious, thank you Jaylen for being so hospitable. Lunch was the highlight of our day 😁

  Seriously understaffed. I am writing this review because the current staffing levels are doing a total disservice to both the customers and the employees. I waited 30 minutes for a smoothie, and after 45 minutes, I had to ask about my Acai bowl, only to find out it had been forgotten. The two employees working were clearly overwhelmed and doing their best, but it is impossible for two people to handle a rush of that volume efficiently. I ultimately decided to leave without my order because I didn't want to further delay other customers by asking for a refund. I told the staff to keep the order as a tip, they certainly earned it for the stress they were under. To be clear: This is not a staff performance issue; it is a management failure. You cannot run a store this busy with only two people. If this is resolved by my next visit, I will be happy to come back and increase my rating, but for now, the experience was frustrating.

  Anna was very kind & patient while me & my son ordered his drink. Thank you very much to the whole team. Amazing drink! Strawberries Wild is the way to go! 🍓
