  Lived across the street for a couple years now and they’ve gotten my order wrong at this location so many times I’m just over it man I won’t be going to any El Pollo Loco in the future cuz this particular location cannot seem to get it together. Like it’s one thing to take my order and my money and then tell me afterwards that it’s going to be a 20 minute wait because you’re out of chicken (this has somehow happened 3 straight times that I’ve been there) but it’s something else to do all that and then screw it up anyway.

  I was greeted as soon as I walked in by a very friendly female at the counter. The place was very clean, the service was great and the staff was exceptionally efficient and good natured. I’m definitely going back VERY soon‼️‼️

  I recently got a coupon for this place. I heard mixed things about the food from this franchise but wanted to try it out. The service was friendly and quick. The sides I got were great and the salad sides were big. I was very surprised by the chicken. It didn't have too much seasoning on it to overpower, and it was not dry at all. I definitely plan on coming back here again. The location here used to be a KFC years ago, but KFC has gone downhill in quality so much over the past five years. The chicken here is 100 times better than the KFC in Folsom near the freeway.

  This is the cleanest and friendliest Pollo Loco in northern CA. I come here once a week and the chicken is never dry, its always tasty and the staff is very nice.
